Happy Cream Puff

It was my first time to have a taste of Happy Cream Puff located at The Zone 7224 Malugay St., cor. Buendia, Bel Air, Makati City. Bernard Zulueta insisted on having dessert here.

Happy Cream Puff Store has a cozy ambiance with an open kitchen for customers to see how cream puff are happily made. Cream puff is a traditional European cake filled with custard cream that's made from fresh egg yolk and milk.

Among it's specialties are Eclair, Petit Puff and Strawberry Nama Choux. Petit Puff comes in a box with 14 cream puff flavors including almond caramel, whole almond, walnut caramel, white and dark chocolate, strawberry and crushed almond.

Bernard and I have a love-hate relationship (I oftentimes hate him for not finding time for me and his Inaanak Juan). We were office mates in Medicard Philippines from 1999 to 2003. Bern (as I fondly call him) is one of my guy-friends who means a lot to me. He is smart and funny! There's no dull moment whenever we get to see each other (which I always initiate!).

Happy Cream Puff has another branch in Legaspi Village, located at Unit G-16 Rada Regency, Rada cor. Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City

Richard and Lucy Gomez certainly love Happy Cream Puff
