Ginataang Hipon with Malunggay and Kangkong

Modesty aside, this is one of those viand that my children begs me to cook, and I honestly believe is worth sharing here.





Ingredients: 1/2 kilo shrimp, 1/4 cup malunggay leaves, 2 cups kankong leaves, 1 pc Knorr pork cube, 1 cup kakang gata (fresh from the wet market), 1 pc medium size white onion, garlic, 3 pcs. sili.



Procedure: Saute onion and garlic. Add in the shrimp and Knorr cubes. Saute for about 3 minutes, then pour the coconut milk. Add the malunggay and kangkong leaves. Cover and let simmer (on low fire) until it boils. Add the sili on top after boiling.

  1. looks yummy! ang mahal kasi ng hipon at allergy ang mister ko dito pero if kaya sa budget will surely cook this one at ako lang uubos. Thanks for sharing :)
