It's semestral break and this means rest for me. I have a week to enjoy movies that were not shown in the Philippines so I started this day with the movie The Kids Are Alright.

The story revolves around the unconventional family of lesbian couple Jules and Nic who have been together for almost 20 years and have two teenage offspring named Joni and Laser. Both kids seek to find out their biological father (a sperm donor). Once the donor is found, the household will never be the same again.
Directed by Lisa Cholodenko, Casts includes: Julianne Moore as Jules, Annette Bening as Nic, Mark Ruffalo as Paul, Mia Wasikowska as Jon, and Josh Hutcherson as Laser, this movie heartfelt and irresistible.
The Kids Are Alright is rated R for strong sexual content, nudity, language and some teen drug and alcohol use.
