Chas is the Top Stylist & Chief Make-up Artist of Empire Salon. He does the hair and make-up of celebrities, such as Gary V, Donita, The Gil Clan, to name a few. He studied at Vidal Sasoon Creative Cut & Color in San Francisco, California and at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in London, United Kingdom.

Though Empire Salon only started operations during the last quarter of 2013, their services have already been in demand in showbiz and the fashion industry. Empire Salon is a full-service salon at the Intercontinental Hotel in Makati.
