It’s been a while since John and I had a pig-out session in a buffet restaurant. If I can remember it right, it's more than 10 years ago because we're not big on eat-all-you-can.
We went at Circles Event Café last week for our 2015 foodie adventure. All I can say, we like our experience. Maybe we're biased because Makati Shangri-La is connected to our beloved Edsa Shangri-la Hotel, where we had our wedding reception.
We like Circles Event Café's open and intreactive theatre kitchens because chefs get to talk to diners. They event accommodate customized menu for their clients.
My husband requested for a well done steak, marinated with herbs and the chef followed it by heart. John said, "that's why I like going at Shang hotels"
Each station features its own selection of specialties, ranging from cold appetisers, seafood, meat, pasta and bread to desserts
I'm watching my diet so it's really great they have two of my favorite fruits, chico and mangoosteen
