First Day of the Love Month

As most of my readers know, I'm not much into cooking but I make up for it by enhancing the food presentation.  When I joined Electrolux Wok-a-Holics, I've learned from Chef Bruce Lim that the visual sensation of a dish is as important as its flavor.  The art of modifying, processing, arranging, or decorating food to enhance its aesthetic appeal landed Lourdes and I into second place. 

I still haven't learned to cook that many dishes but I make sure I put so much L-O-V-E every time I cook (which happens once in a blue moon, hehehe!)

For the first day of the love month, I'm sharing with you my love for heart shaped food. You might want to do the same for your loved ones this Valentine's Day.
