Honestly, we didn't know what to expect at Hidden Garden in Vigan. Our GPS suggested Hidden Garden when I typed tourist attraction. When we reached the place John and I were apprehensive to dine because there were too many people. We waited about 20 minutes before we were seated. After eating, we realized why Hidden Garden is a must visit when you go to Vigan. I ate 3 empanadas, really!
Lucky for us, we met the owner, Ms. Glo Rafaela Flores, she told us the story and how the garden started. The garden is actually the project of her husband, who suffered a heart attack. Landscaping proved to be a healing factor and he eventually became a highly sought-after landscaper in Vigan.
Inside the compound you will find a certain kind of peace. The wooden bench welcomes passers, among these benches, the most popular is the one with a sign, "Lovers Corner". Of course di kami nagpahuli, nagpakuha din kami ni hubby. Actuall, pinilit ko sya!
