When Splash Island opened in 1997, I was one of the first to experience the newest and the biggest pool in Laguna. I've been there for countless of times from team building to bonding with friends until 1999.
Last week, I revisited the place with my family and the friends of my children. We were lucky to meet Splash Island owner, Mr. Sonny Torres.
Sir Sonny happily welcomed us and showed some of the awards Splash Island received. The other plaques are still in his house, he said.
I knew I was done with the place. I was ready to be the official photograpger and baggage counter for the kids's stuff.
I was even ready to be the photographer of other tourist.
Wala naman akong gagawin, I might as well be useful to others.
I thought that I'll be bored the whole day but lo and behold parang ako pa ang pinaka nag-enjoy when the slides of Splash Island opened!
