My high school life is probably the most colorful stage in my school days because I spent it in two schools, PCTR for the first two years and St. Francis for the last two years. It was in St. Francis where I enjoyed the most because I made lasting friendship.
My tukayo Joy C ( I was Joy A back then) wanted to have a reunion out-of-town. We figured it would eat up plenty of time if we travel from Manila to Tagaytay. To be practical we considered staying in a hotel nearby.
Our group are intrinsically geeky and conservative. We weren't able to have to do an overnight stay in any of our friends' homes. It was a time when all we did was go to school and study, go home, and repeat the process til we graduated. Pulling together our schedules was difficult so it was a joyful time as we had our first ever Slumber Party at the Linden Suites 25 Years After High School.
