Easy Chicken with Mushrooms

I had no plan to cook dinner but after reading Del Monte Kitchenomics email I had the urge to cook Easy Chicken with Mushrooms. 

Cooking Procedure:

1.Marinate chicken for 20 minutes. 


2. Lay banana leaf on a baking dish. Arrange chicken including marinade on plate. Add DEL MONTE Sliced Pineapple with syrup and remaining ingredients except leeks. 



3. Put in steamer and steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add leeks. Steam for 2 minutes. 



Finished product!


Served on top of red rice, panalo para sa mga nagbabawas ng timbang!

Ingredients

1.5 kg Chicken Thigh and Leg   
2 tbsp Soy Sauce (for marinade) 
2 tsp Brown Sugar (for marinade) 
1 tsp Salt (for marinade) 
3 tbsp Cornstarch (for marinade) 
2 tbsp Liquid Seasoning (for marinade) 
1/3 cup Dried Shitake Mushroom (soaked and sliced) 
1/2 cup Tenga ng Daga (soaked and sliced) 
1 1/4 cups Red Bell Pepper (cut into cubes) 
3 tbsp Ginger (cun into strips) 
2 Tbsp Leeks (sliced) 
1 pc Banana Leaf   
1 can (432g)  Del Monte
 Sliced Pineapple 

Makes 18 servings.
