Minions

My family and I certainly loved the minions in Despicable Me movie that we can't wait for Typhoon Falcon to go so we watched it earlier today at Promenade in Greenhills.

There are laughs to be had at the beginning of the movie but that effect diminishes as the story shifts from one crazy antics to another.

Is Minion kid-friendly? Hmmm, it depends on the kind of parent or family you belong. If you do not like  the use of explosive weapons and a dubious torture scene, this film is not for you and your kids. I personally think Minions are cute, bright and attractive and that this movie is watchable but don't expect more because as my son, Juancho, said, "that's it, the movie is too short!".

Minions is a one time movie to watch. It's not one of those kid movies we will buy in Bluray.

Synopsis:

Featuring the voices of Sandra Bullock and Jon Hamm. One Minion named Kevin has a plan, and he—alongside teenage rebel Stuart and lovable little Bob—embarks upon a thrilling journey that ultimately leads them to their next potential master, Scarlet Overkill, the world’s first-ever female super-villain.
