Two weeks ago I turned 42 but many are saying I don't look my age. Maybe I just look 41 1/2? Or maybe because I'm short?
Kidding aside, I don't look my age because I think happy thoughts. My life is not perfect. I am not perfect. I made mistakes and still make mistakes from time to time. What do I do to keep joyful? I try not to beat myself, I try not to please people anymore. I followed The Art of Effortless Living by doing less, and letting go.
I bought this book last year at Booksale for less than P200. I hope you can find a copy for it's a good read. Maybe you can check amazon if they have this book.
