There are three things I did today that are all firsts time. It was my first time to join Samsung Digital Appliances Cooking Workshop, first time to meet Chef Ernest Gala in person, and it was my first time to visit GalaStars Culinary School in Pasig City.
It was a highly active day as bloggers were taught by Chef Ernest two Asian inspired dishes for the family food trip.
Singaporean Baked Prawns with Glass Noodles/Sotanghon
Thai Chicken on a Bed of Spinach with Peanut Sauce
