What To Do With Leftover Pandesal

If you frequent this blog, you know very well that I hate wasting anything. Yesterday we were out the whole day so we were not able to eat our pandesal. We also have some leftover Christmas ham from my Aunt Linda.

Being a practical mom, I just had to come up with something today. Voila, from the same ingredients and procedure, I came up with a Heart-shaped Pizza and Pulled Pork Muffin! It will only take you an hour to do this but it took me four hours because Juan and I had to record, edit and upload in Youtube.

I cook and bake without measuring anything, I just go with the flow so it's really up to you how you want your leftover pandesal to taste.  EnJOY watching!

  2. As usual, love the video. The muffin and the pizza are just so easy to do and the ingredients are almost readily available in any one's kitchen. I also love people in your household. Been bookmarking almost all your videos for easy reference. Ihihi.

  15. Wow how creative! Btw I can also recommend using a stand that can hold your cell phone/video camera para di kayo mahirapan sa pagvideo if ever. That's what I use for some of my stuff. It's also so cute that your son is in the video haha :)
    Thanks for sharing!
