Moses and Noah are famous Bible names; and these are the names of Coach Nic and Mafae Belasco's 2 of 5 kids. Last February 24, Moses turned 11 years old, while Noah turned 1 month last Februray 25. The swimming party was held at The City Club in Alphaland Makati. I'm happy to be part of Moses and Noah's celebration, but kinda sad that the twins - Julia and Rafael couldn't join us because of their school activities.
I was actually very tired that day but I couldn't let the chance of seeing Moses on his special day. As I have observed, Moses is the shy type among the Belasco boys, so I didn't have a lot of photos of him in the previous activities and events. This time, even if Moses was trying to avoid me, it was my chance to take photos of him smiling.
And of course, I had to be there to meet for the very first time, the youngest member of Team Belasco, Noah Nehemiah!
Moses or Moshe is a male given name, after the biblical figure Moses. According to the Torah, the name "Moses" comes from the Hebrew verb, meaning "to pull/draw out" [of water], and the infant Moses was given this name by Pharaoh's daughter after rescuing him from the Nile (Exodus 2:10).
The name Noah is a Hebrew baby name. In Hebrew, the meaning of the name Noah is: Comfort; long-lived; repose. In the Bible, Noah built the ark, allowing his family and a male/female pair of every species of animal to survive the Flood.
