Breakfast has long been considered the most important meal of the day, and recent research has reaffirmed its nutritional benefits such as breakfast provides you with the energy and nutrients that lead to increased concentration in the classroom or work, important in maintaining a healthy body weight and supply sufficient vitamins and minerals including iron. This is the reason why I don't skip breakfast. I have learned the benefits of breakfast early on from my mom.
Speaking of breakfast, I almost forgot to attend Chowking's Breakfast Chao Fan Media Launch because I was busy the whole week helping my twin kids for their school play. I was actually at Julia and Rafael's school when a message popped from my cel, "see you later Ma'am", to which I replied, "please remind me of the details, I have forgotten my schedules for today". I forgot my schedules because I didn't take breakfast that day, plus Nadine forgot to remind me (peace Nadine).
Good thing, Chowking served Pork Chao Fan with Siomai and Egg, Chinese Pork Longanisa (my favorite!), Meaty Wanton Mami, Chunky Asado Siopao and Chinese Style Fried Chicken!
