Kabila Filipino Bistro

We didn't get the chance to go out last Mother's Day due to hectic schedules. Though late, #Mendiolables had a wonderful post Mother's Day celebration at Kabila Filipino Bistro.

Kabila is the perfect place for people looking for good Filipino food that is served with a creative plating.

Kabila, by the way, means the next door or the other side. The owners of this restaurant called it this way because M Cafe is just next door.  You can actually seat any where and order from both restaurants since they belong to the same company (Raintree).

Every time we visit Kabila Rafael doesn't look at the menu anymore because Kabila's traditional kare-kare is always a hit for him.

Overall, it was a pretty great late lunch for the #Mendiolables. Aside from the food, my husband likes visiting Kabila  for its  interior.

Don't forget to try Kabila's Buko-Melon Pandan served in a coconut husk. Too excited to eat, I forgot to take photos.

During our visit we were lucky to have time to chat with Raintree's Marketing Manager, Mela Sison and Raintree's Executive Chef , Khalel Chan.
