Simple Lang

Let's face it, not all of the friends stay forever. Jingle and I met at Human Resources Trainings in 2000 and since became friends. She's the God mother of my twin kids and soon to be for Juancho's Confirmation.

In a weeks time, Mareng Jingle will be flying to the US of A for greener pasture. To make sure we have time to catch up before she lives, we met and had late lunch at Simple Lang in Ayala Triangle.

Jingle tried Simple Lang already but it was my first time to have a taste of what this place has to offer. Just like the Simple Lang's straight-up simple Filipino comfort food, our friendship is simple lang - no pretentions just pure love and understanding.
