Easy Salad

Joy Felizardo and I does not get to be in the same events often but when we do, our meeting always gives joy to my heart. 

Last week, we were both invited by Jonel Uy of Digital Circles for the relaunch of Shopwise Manila. After the event Joy and his kind and funny husband, Bhogz, brought me home (thank you!). And because John and Bhogz were having grand time catching up, Joy and I decided for an impromptu video blog (vlog) on how to whip an easy salad.

Ingredients:

Lettuce, pomelo, orange, apple, alfalafa, kiwi, cucumber, cherry tomatoes

For the vinaigrette:

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Pinch of salt
