ARC Young Leaders Camp 2017

ARC Young Leaders Camp (ARCYLC) was created in 2011 by ARC Refreshments Corporation, the licensed bottler of RC Cola products in the Philippines, which aims to be a breeding ground for future Filipino leaders.

The camp is an annual gathering of forty (40) of the most outstanding student leaders selected from colleges and universities in Metro Manila. For ARC Young Leaders Camp 2017, there are fifty promising and inspiring students, including students from Provinces of Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan and Cavite.

Mr. Gerry Garcia, ARC's Executive Vice President and COO was present at the send off at Century Park Hotel to give support and advice to the students.

The three-day camp involves talks and panel discussions, team-building activities and group workshops. Well-known and renowned leaders from the government, civil society, media and other industries have shared their leadership stories with ARCYLC delegates in the past and have inspired them to lead, create and change the society for the better.

The camp’s mission is to train and prepare future leaders and instill in them the ARC Refreshments Corporation’s core values of integrity, discipline, resourcefulness and teamwork.

The application process and program eligibility of the ARC Young Leaders Camp is not that easy.
