My love for Thai food blossomed when John and I went in Thailand in 1999. Their food is amazingly delicious. I particularly like the way they serve their rice, always with lemon on the side. And because I like salty food, Thai fish sauce is always on my list when eating at a Thai resto.
Thai cuisine is certainly one of the favorite cuisines of the world and since I've been craving Thai food after 3 days on the road to feature Zoocobia in Pampanga, Zoobic Safarin in Subic and Nature's Healing Home in La Union, we went at Mango Tree Bistro in Trinoma Mall for late lunch.
Mango Tree has a casual fine dining restaurant with warm hospitality coming from all its staff and crew, ensuring that customers is satisfied with their food by using only the best and freshest ingredients and an array of nutritious Thai organic herb and spices.

We tried their Siam Platters (good for sharing for 3 to 4 persons), Nachos with Salted Egg Chips, Salmon Sisig, Mango Cheesecake, Thai Halo Halo, Ice Cream with Salted Egg Custard. If you like salted egg chips, a must try is their Salmon Crispy Skin Crackling.
