We rented a place in Malaya Street for 12 years. We actually hoped to buy one of the properties but to no avail so we just decided to develop our property. Before moving back to our own place, my kids wera sad, especially Rafael because his bestfriends - Justin and Joaquin Racpan are from Malaya. Julian is the youngest among the three boys. He is Juancho's friend.
Today, Justin turns 18! Happy birthday Justin! You're one of the nicest and most gentle young man I know. Stay loving to your family!
