Core Exercise

Big tummy has always been my problem because I like eating salty food and hate drinking water. Bad combination right! I know. So lately I've been trying to cut on chips that's oozing with salt, been drinking lots of water and doing core exercises.

Thanks Coach Derik for pushing me hard. Hopefully I'd have better ab by next moth for my 46th birthday.

Disclaimer, you can do this at home, just be careful when handling the weights/dumbbell. If you do not have a dumbbell at home, you may opt to use  2 liters plastic bottle filled with water.
