Couples Yoga

The one wish or gift I've been asking from my husband for many years is for him to join me in the gym. I've been in and out of fitness clubs because I do not enjoy being there alone. Today, I am super happy because John joined me for Hot Flow Yoga Class! 

5 Benefits of Couples Yoga:
