20 Minute Simple Yoga for Ab

When I gave birth to the twins in 2002 I gained a lot of weight which caused my belly to loose. I tried different exercises but only yoga (and of course proper eating) has helped me keep the weight off.

Sharing with you this simple 20 minute Simple Yoga for Ab that I practice at least 3 times a week.  This will not only strengthen your belly but will definitely calm your senses as you do the breathing properly. The best time to do this yoga is in the morning before breakfast.
