Hanumanasana is a challenging seated pose that requires the work of the hips and hamstrings, while balancing the upper body on the pelvis.
Though it may take me more time before achieving the full expression of split, I am happy this pose gives me the gift of patience, to be soft, gentle, kind and be compassionate to my body.
