Benefits of Hula Hoop Workout

Day 106 of 2021 - When too lazy to exercise, I hula hoop while watching Byahe ni Drew for our next adventure when it's safe to travel. 💓

I am currently  using a weighted hula hoop  I feel like the regular hula hoop is too easy to use.  I find that the weighted hula hoop is a good addition to my exercise program, while watching the television or talking to my friends online.
