12 Minute Easy Core, Butt and Waist Exercise

Day 232 of 2021 - 1 week of no yoga class makes my body sore so I invited a friend to join me for a quick "papawis", only 12 minutes. Aba ang daming dahilan! Di pa daw sya nakakabili ng hula hoop, mat at rubber shoes. Pwede naman kahit wala nun basta gusto. After some heavy persuasion, 💗
