Day 233 of 2021 - Talinum from my garden + leftover tofu = lunch 💗
Ingredients: Tofu, talinum, onion, garlic, oysters sauce, oil, ground black pepper, salt
Procedure: Saute onion and garlic, add tofu. when tofu turns golden brown add oyster sauce diluted in 1/4 cup of water. Simmer. Then add talinum. Add salt and pepper to taste.
