Lunch at Kapusod

My husband watched Kapusod vlog in Youtube and he told me about it so I immediately messaged them in Messenger that we are having lunch there. We even packed things for an impromptu overnight in case they have an available room.  The next day we found oursleves (John, Julia and me) arriving very early, 9am. no trqffic at all since the Alert 3 was announced by the government.

What we liked:

1.  The food! Generous in serving, masarap, mura! Kapeng Barako is available for P150  for the whole thermos, we even brought home the excess coffee.

2.  It’s only two hours away from Manila, without traffic we reached the place in an hour.

3.  The staff are very accommodating, polite  and efficient.

4.   Lovely-scenic view of Taal Lake and the mountains surrounding it while eating or sipping that Kapeng Barako.

5.  They also have Wi-Fi available (in the cafe only).

6. My husband and daughter enjoyed playing sungka.

7.   Cute comfort room and wash area with lots of plants and clean water.

What we didn't like:

We decided we will be staying for the night since the Treehouse is available but another group, composed of 5, arrived with a portable sound system that played really loud it ruined the serenity of the place. We just went home after having our lunch at Kapusod.
