July Babies

Today, two of my most favorite people are celebrating their birthdays. First, Bo Sanchez.  I've been reading his books for years now. Bo Sanchez is the author of 9 bestselling books and publisher of seven magazines. Bo is also a tv and radio personality, an international speaker, travelling extensively around the world. He founded many organizations, that helps our less fortunate brothers and sisters. 

Of course many people know who Bo is. But Bo doesn't know me personally. I sometimes send him messages in FB to ask to pray for me.  We connect, somehow, because we're both July babies.

The second but certainly my favorite - more than Bo, is my friend Gigi.  Gigi may not be as popular as Bo but I'm blessed to have her for a friend. I love her so much for all that she is. She's my exact opposite. Gigi is soft-spoken, reserved, tall, good in Math, very patient.  

I remember our happy times when we used to eat a lot of dirty ice cream in school. We like eating - that's the one thing we have in common.

We haven't seen each other for two years now. Be as it may, we continue to be friends, for poorer or for richer (yes, mula ng estudayante kami at walang pera, til now that she has a lot of money), through thick and thin (tumaba at pumayat man kami) and talk or no talk...

I love you Gi, Happy 40th Birthday! Mas matanda ka na ulit sa akin ng isang taon (until bukas lang naman yan).
