In pursuing wellness and the passion to share their knowledge, skills and experience to help make a healthier nation, A-List Professional Health Consulting Co., in partnership with Marriot Hotel, organized Jr. Chef Workshop.
Jr. Chef Workshop was held last Sunday with CEO, USA-Registered Dietitian Miss Cheshire Que, RND, RN, RD, Genevieve Dayrit, RND and Ms. Solita Sayco, RND as the main hosts of the event.
Chef Roove, with the help of Chef Syd, facilitated in teaching the kids how to make granola bar, green smoothie and traffic light sandwich.
The workshop started with a prayer, and immediately followed Table Etiquette (more on this on a separate post).
First recipe was granola bar. I'm happy that to know that it's actually easy to make a granola bar because it's one of my family's favorite snack.
It's nice that the Chef Roove and Chef Syd makes it a point to go in all the tables to check if the kids are following their instructions well.

The workshop was made even more fun with special awards for Best in Table Etiquette...
The kids were given certificates
Plus take home goodies from Lock & Lock.
The kids also brought home all the food they prepared.
All in all, my kids are happy with this workshop, and they're looking forward in attending A List's next healthy cooking workshops.
