How To Make VCO (Cold Pressed)

Since the beginning of the quarantine I have been experimenting on cooking food which I just usually buy in specialty stores or given by companies who'd like to be featured in my blog/vlog like VCO.  You may want to read on the articles below about the benefits of VCO  before watching the my video on How To Make VCO (Cold Pressed).

Virgin coconut oil derived through a "wet-milling" process. With this method, the oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat without drying first. "Coconut milk" is expressed first by pressing it out of the wet coconut meat. The oil is then further separated from the water.

What is the difference between cold pressed and virgin coconut oil?

Virgin coconut oil, depending on its method of extraction, can be exposed to heat. Raw coconut oil is never exposed to heat. Unrefined coconut oil is usually called virgin, or pure coconut oil. Others describe their oil through its method of extraction; cold-pressed, expeller-pressed or centrifuged is what I did in this video.

Why not...coconut?
