Last week I cooked Sauteed Kangkong and Tofu but I fried too many tofu. My daughter suggested I cook Tofu Sisig since she likes sisig a lot! Julia even sent me a link on how to cook Tofu Sisig.
So this is my own version of Tofu Sisig. First time to cook this, madali lang!
Ingredients:
4 blocks tofu
3 tablespoons kalamansi
3 big white onions (we love onions kasi)
1/2 of big garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons oysters sauce
salt and pepper (according to your taste)
chilli (optional pra sa mahilig sa hot and spicy)
Directions for cooking:
Saute onion and garlic. Add mayo, stir well. Add oysters sauce, stir.
Add calamansi, stir. Add tofu until all ingredients blended well.
Serve hot with lots of love! 💓
