Day 71 of 2021 - Hot Kawa Herbal Bath at Camping Paradise, Singalong Summit , Antipolo.💓
I've been wanting to try a kawa herbal bath for the longest time to check if it's really that relaxing. So of we went in Camping Paradise in Antipolo for a an easy hike to Singalong Summit and that herbal bath.
My husband took these two beautiful photos of me. I couldn't decide which one to post in Facebook so I posted both and asked friends to vote which one they prefer. I'm throwing one swimsuit as a prize for one lucky winner who chose the most liked pose, and with a clever comment.!
May the best woman or man or in between wins! If you are to choose, which one do you like?
Bathing in herb-infused water helps reduce stress, soothes the skin, and provides a relaxing, spa-like experience. You can choose herbs for their specific therapeutic benefits, including softening skin, soothing muscles, stimulating circulation, or combatting infection.
Some classic herbs to use as a bath tea, salt soak, or for aromatherapy include lavender, rose, chamomile, calendula, peppermint, rosemary, geranium, grapefruit, orange, fir, cleavers, oat tops, ginger, jasmine, and ylang ylang. Epsom salt. Wonderful at easing muscle soreness and relieving tension, Epsom salt can be added to almost any bath salts recipe
