Day 84 of 2021 -  Bawal muna mag enjoy sa labas kaya DIY Home Herbal Bath using guava leaves, kalamansi leaves, lemon leaves, peppermint leaves and bougainvilla flowers.

Some classic herbs to use for herbal or aromatherapy bath include lavender, rose, chamomile, calendula, jasmine, and ylang ylang, Problem is I do not have them in my garden. What I have is guava, peppermint, lemon, calamansi and bougainvilla. So that's what I use for my Home Herbal Bath as I wait for gcq to end so my yoga friends and I can soon visit Santess Herbal Wellness Spa in Silang, Cavite.

Guava leaves are as great as the fruit, which is credited for being a powerhouse of nutrients and is widely popular too. Just like the fruit, the leaves too contain vitamin B and C, which help boost collagen activity required for hair growth. It is great as tea or as bath soak as guava can cure common skin problems like itchiness and acne. (Source: internet)
